I will never be able to give up sugar, and I just love to bake... using organic sugar is certainly worth the added expense. Just tastes better. The best cupcakes and biscuits. Knowing what goes into my baking makes all the difference and you just can not beat the taste! Also a pinch of organic sugar added to that cup of organic coffee is just sublime!
