Different from the regular sugar. Much more flavourful and better for our health. Dark like treacle but not very sticky. Sweet and crunchy.
Demerara sugar has a distinct flavor that I adore. It's great for sweetening beverages and adding a hint of caramel to baked goods. A great alternative to regular sugar.
