Most gluten free products seem to have white flour and more sweetener or sugar and thus probably bly unhealthier. I need to eat gluten free as wel as low GI so it suits me better. It actually tastes better than other flours too.
Really impressed with this flour. It substitutes cup for cup in most of my "normal" recipes, binds well and I have even used it to make brownies.
Just been told to go gluten free. It's not the same to bake with. But if you miss bread if not a bad alternative.
This flour tastes great, bakes well and is good value for money. I use it to make pizza bases and, so far, it's the best gluten-free flour for the job.
I decided to write a review because the only other review was from a person who hasn even tried the flour but for some reason decided to point out the flour wasnt paleo or banting, even though no such claims were made and not everyone care about a diet fad. Anyway, I make an incredible gluten free bread with this flour, combined with Health Connections brown bread GF flour and their brown rice flour and soya flour. They e really probably the best GF flour available in SA at the moment.
