Why we love it

This wholemeal flour from Eureka contains the works – all the fibre and dense nutrition that is included in the wheat germ and bran. Bake up your own hearty homemade health bread or add this flour to whatever you bake to sneak in some added nutrition and tastiness to bargain. All of Eureka’s hearty flours are farmed in naturally enriched soil, using the ancient method of crop rotation, the healthy soil in turn reducing the need for pesticides and producing nutrient rich food. They're then stone ground using a slower-grinding mill that creates minimum heat, preserving the natural goodness of their nutrients. Wholemeal flour is higher in fibre, making it great for your digestive system.

Delicious, really wholegrain. Our entire family doesn't get stomach aches when eating rusks and bread made from this flour - as opposed to other flours, and especially store-made baked goods
The only flour I bake with! As someone who suffers from sensitivity to gluten, this definitely reduces the effect of gluten sensitivity on consumption. Just feels to wholesome!
Although I use and love this flour, I twice received a packet [with a use-by-date months ahead] with flour mites [weevils] in...
Loved this one more than the plain flour. I use it mixed with rye flour, extra digestive fiber and plain flour. But it's also great to use by itself
Expensive and worth it. It is great to have access to stone-ground whole flours and this range has done so well that you can now buy it all over. I appreciate their pioneering ways.
