Why we love it

Noodles are one of the easiest and quickest meals on earth, not to mention one of the most loved comfort foods. King Soba Organic 100% Buckwheat Noodles will satisfy your noodle needs with these delicious Buckwheat noodles that are not only completely gluten-free, but certified organic and low GI, so you can enjoy a healthy bowl of spaghetti with your favourite sauce or stirfry, Asian-style or otherwise. Buckwheat is not related to wheat at all despite its name, and comes from the seed of a plant from the rhubarb family. It’s really nutritious, being high in protein, fibre and important minerals such as magnesium – a great alternative for celiacs and those on a low glycaemic diet.

There's a trick to cooking these - stir well with a fork when adding to boiling water and don't overcook. Rinse with cold water and they are delicious, firm, and an excellent addition to most meals.
Quick to cook. Great as a simple noodle dish or as a denser meal with a variety of ingredients. The noodles still hold their shape.
If you're looking for buckwheat porridge, it's right here. If you're looking for noodles, keep on walking. As soon as you dip it into the pot it makes the most insane knot of noodles that will leave you whispering to them to please untangle by the specified 6 mins cooking time. Alas, you will be left with a knot of noodles that congeal into one solid, amorphous lump in no time.
Usually gluten free noodles are rather drab and texturing in my opinion and as someone with a gluten intolerance i feel that they still can leave me feeling like I've eaten a gluten product. These noodles however are excellent in all respects, taste, texture and digest-ability. I love them!
these are my absolute fave noodles! quick and easy to cook, you must rinse them though, otherwise there is a unpleasant taste. if you have seen how normal noodles are made, then you will make the swop over to these instantly!
