The benefits of drink Green Tea:

Directions:
- Hot: Add freshly boiled water and steep for 3-5 minutes. Add lemon or honey if desired.

Have you purchased Faithful to Nature Organic Green Tea before?

3 Stars because I feel a little mislead. Please note that this is GREEN ROOIBOS tea and not the Camellia sinensis leaves that you expect to find as ingredient when purchasing a box labelled green tea. While their labelling is not incorrect, Rooibos can be enjoyed as green tea too, those boxes typically says green rooibos, so I'm unhappy with my purchase and would not have bought this had I read the fine print. Wish I didn't have to read the fine print to know what I'm buying.
Tastes good. I'm not a tea drinker usually but I find myself saying no to coffee and reaching for this tea instead

I love my green tea! Meets all the standards & more - good quality & taste as well as being a better option for the planet and self. Happy with this product especially because its plastic free! :)
As per previous reviews, I sent an email many many months ago, for FTN to fix the mislabeling problem. It says Green Roibos, but indeed is Green Tea, if you have drank green tea often or before, you will see it tastes like Green Tea. I do not know why FTN has not done what they promised. Anyway, this is a very good, pure GREEN TEA, with the wrong ingredients description.
