This is my favourite gluten-free flour which works perfectly for most 'normal' recipes, in fact, some things come out better with this than with wheat flour.
Being in a paper packet you do need to check the packaging for little holes as I have had live passengers on a few occasions - worms - but that has only been a few times in the seven years I have been buying. I usually check it as soon as I get home so that I know it's okay and then put the paper bag into a reusable plastic bag to protect it.
Best gluten free flour out there. Reason for 4 stars rather than 5 is the price.
Love it. Making bread during lockdown. Add my own seeds and its delicious.
