• Arame is a potent immune system booster and contains high concentrations of antioxidants and phytochemicals, which help eliminate toxins and free radicals.
• Starch like molecules in arame called fucoidans has anti-inflamatory benefits, reducing pain from arthritis and other inflammatory illnesses.
