I use this product to make 'protein ice-cream'. It makes my smoothies so deliciously thick and creamy it would be mistaken as ice cream!

Xanthan gum makes my life so much easier! This brand is a good price and I use it for breads, in sauces and even in vegan desserts to thicken my coconut cream
