Have been taking this for a few months now and it has helped with my headaches and migraines. 1 -2 of these capsules before bed and I'm fast asleep within a few minutes. I have already recommended this product to family and friends and all of them are happy with the effects.

Deserves a 0. All 3 of us sleep was horrible since the 1st night for 2 weeks up every hour with intense cramps, which didnt happen on previous magnesium. Saw corn starch as an ingredient. I put contents in water, it was sweet. We stopped drinking it and for 5days straight no cramps and best sleep. For us and the hell of not sleeping for 2weeks is the worst product ever. I call it fake magnesium
Good magnesium. Supports my sleep well. Only minus for me is because I didn't read properly and it's in a capsule where I prefer a tablet.
