After 12 years of suffering with menstrual migraines every 23 days, and taking countless medications and enduring treatments including neurological exams and botox, I read about the benefits of DIM which maintains oestrogen levels. I am on my 4th bottle now and during this time I have only had 2 migraines. This still may seem a lot but the occurrence has reduced by more than half and has also reduced the duration to only a day and a half. Please discuss any cycle changes that happen whilst on DIM with your doctor.
I've been using this DIM for a few months now. It's great to detox excess estrogen.
