Directions:
- Take 2 x capsules twice daily, with water.

Well priced, quality magnesium and I like that it is packaged in a glass bottle. Since it only contains Biglycinate and Taurate, I do combine this product with another magnesium complex by Prime Self.
I have seen a difference in my quality of sleep using this product. I take it at night and I also feel a difference in muscle recovery after training.
Positive experience! Better sleep and feel rested even if I don't get enough sleep. Migraines are a thing of the past, had severe headaches and migraines daily for years! I notice the effects on muscles and sleep if I forget to take it. Reduction in cramps during menstruation. Shared it with family members and they all have positive reviews!
