This was my first time trying matcha and it did not disappoint. Will definitely try again. Just one teaspoon is enough though, or you end up with a bitter aftertaste.
This is a bad quality matcha, but given the price I would expect it to be. The color isn't bright green like it should be and it tastes like fishy swamp water. Save your money and buy a good quality matcha. It should be ceremonial grade, not culinary grade. Organic doesn't mean it is better, especially when it comes to matcha.
I love the flavour! The colour of culinary grade matcha is unfortunately not as bright as its ceremonial grade counterpart, but it's very much worth it for the far more affordable price (:
Decent, but not great. If you’ve tried ceremonial grade matcha, then this will be a major let down. It’s not high quality, but for the occasional iced matcha or vanilla matcha, it’ll do the job. Great if you’re a beginner or looking for a decent, affordable matcha option.
A little goes a long way. I use 1/2 tsp in my whisked almond milk and sugar free syrup...absolutely amazing!
