Directions:

• Use lukewarm water; allow it to run for 5 to 10 minutes to soften your skin.
• Pause running water and apply the Vuvu Organic Coffee Scrub in circular motions, starting at your feet and moving upwards towards your heart to enhance circulation.
• About 2 to 5 minutes for the whole-body scrub application, depending on how fast you scrub. Leisurely scrubbing should not go more than 10 minutes.
• Maintain gentle pressure. Don’t scrub too hard.
• Rinse thoroughly.
• Start exfoliating once a week for 2 weeks then gradually 2 times a week.
