Great supplement - it's vegan and has what is needed to aid absorption. Don't need to go and purchase Vitamin C. With B12 included, it is a win.
I took these for two months. So a huge difference especially on my energy level. Will definitely buy them again.

Viridian is amazing! For iron, be sure to take it with vitamin C to enhance absorption! Taking your iron on alternate days instead of consecutive days also increases absorption (but the capsules will still last 30 days because on the alternate days you'd be taking 2 pills instead of one)
I struggled with low iron throughout my pregnancy. I'm needed to get it higher for my vbac. Started taking it at 37 weeks. At 38 weeks my water broke and I gave natural birth to a breech baby. My iron tested perfectly the morning after the birth even after losing quite a bit of blood. And I didn't even take any supplements the previous day as I was in labour the whole day.
