I have been anemic for many years and have tried a few supplements. I wouldn't say the other supplements didn't work but I found quick, noticeable results with spatone!
I am not comfortable with the taste of it (it tastes like Iron) so I mix it in 1/3 glass of fresh fruit juice and its perfect.
the only downside I have experienced is I have to wait approximately 45 mins before eating anything else or I become extremely nauseous.
Easy to take, doesn't taste unpleasant.
FYI - be aware not to drink black tea/ coffee 1-2 hours before or after taking iron they inhibit the uptake of iron.
This is the best iron supplement, but I prefer the apple one. Much nicer
FTN please consider getting apple flavor, as I have to go elsewhere to get
ive been taking this for two weeks and gives me the worst heartburn, i feel like someone is sitting on my chest! and diarhea every few days but i read reviews everywhere and most people are happy.It just took me a few weeks to figure out what was the cause, so I hope this helps someone solve the mystery sooner.
This stuff is the real deal. But don expect to drink rose flavoured water. It has the worst taste Ive ever experience and I literally struggle not to gag after having it. It recommends you dilute it in water or fruit juice... Ive only ever tried water so maybe orange juice or something would make the world of difference :) You can definitely taste the iron as they state at the back of the sachets, Ill give them that ;)
