This oil is impossible for me to drink because it tastes so awful - it’s very strong and fishy and one teaspoon of it made me so ill. The previous cod liver oil that I used to take had a peppermint flavour that masked the fishy taste, but it’s no longer available. I’m going to stick to cod liver oil capsules in future.
I bought this for my daughter, but the taste is so bad that she refuses to take it, and I myself can’t take it either. The worst part is that strong fish oil taste lingers in the mouth afterwards.
A full (expensive) bottle wasted
This has been amazing for my immune system, not getting sick at all. I did loads of research and this product is amazingly healthy and contains so many beneficial elements for our bodies.
