Directions:

• Take one full dropper (10 drops) one to three times a day - once for maintenance dosage and three times in acute cases.
• Put dropper directly in the mouth or in a glass of water for consumption and keep in mouth for 30 seconds for optimum absorption.
• Please note that the product contains 33% alcohol. If wanting to avoid ethanol consumption, place drops in hot water and allow ethanol to evaporate for a minute or two.
• Take first thing in the morning or mid-afternoon, can also be taken 30 mins before bed.
• Let the tincture settle for 10-15 mins before drinking a lot of water.
