If you prefer the natural taste of coffee I wouldn't recommend this as it overpowers the flavour.
No doubt it would be better in a smoothie.
I saw a great improvement in my hair, skin and joints and I don't mind the coconut creamy flavour but it's not an every day option for me as I find it quite overpowering in my coffee. Effective but I need to sometimes have a tasteless collagen.
Nice and creamy, but not recommended if you have IBS or other forms of digestion-related issues. Two weeks after one use and still in pain
I love this product which was recommended by my nutritionist - It makes my morning coffee into a meal, and keeps me going until lunchtime. I love the coconut taste too
I love a creamy coffee, but because of my lactose intolerance, I usually have a hard time with most creamers. This is just perfect because it’s made with coconut milk. It smells and tastes delicious, without being too creamy, and compliments the oat milk in my coffee very well. I’ve been using it since the end of 2020 if I remember correctly, and it has been my go- to collagen supplement since. My skin and nails love it too!
