Directions:
- Mix 1 level tablespoon with water or juice and thoroughly mix in a blender, shaker or with a fork for 20-30 seconds until fully dissolved.

Such a delicious creamer- with awesome health benefits. A must for your get up and go in the morning. And especially awesome for camping/ hiking any situation where refrigeration is not easy
We are totally addicted to this creamer. Have been using it regularly for almost a year now and apart from it tasting awesome, it makes hair and nails grow visibly faster. I have a sensitive bladder problem and if I drink my regular two cups of creamy coffee daily, this painful problem is under control. It’s the only thing I’ve ever found to help significantly. Highly recommended.
