I started taking these as soon as product arrived. I was very excited about them as it was a relief finding well priced Sea Moss that wasn't a gel as I cant stomach the gel. Anyway, within 4 days of taking these, I started to notice I was getting very bulky but I hadn't weighed myself at this point, although I looked really really bloated. My tummy and hips esp. I eventually weighed and yep, I was up the 2kgs. My diet hadn't changed, in fact I was eating well and exercising. I decided to test by stopping them for a few days. My tummy loosened up and my weight went down slowly. I thought perhaps I needed to work my way up to 2 pills. So I started by taking 1. I was up a kg again in 2 days. No- these just aren't for me. I really wanted these to work for me.
Everybody should definitely take this product...
