First time use of New leaf Magnesium, so will see with time, however buying 6 months' stock packed in a single container makes it very affordable, and a winner as it saves both on packaging material and the need for extra re-ordering & shipping.
This is the first time I have bought the New Leaf Magnesium & Zinc tablets. I love the fact that I am able to buy a six months supply. I had not been taking a Magnesium & Zinc supplement for a few months and was suffering from terrible cramps. Within a week of taking these nightly, I can actually feel the difference.
I like using this Magnesium and Zink combo. Its a good strength for me and 2 into 1 tab.
