Great product, I feel it helps improve sleep quality and also seems to improve my skin while I am taking it, will definitely keep taking it.
So far this is the most complete magnesium supplement I've managed to find. All the great forms of mg at a good strong dose! Excellent product.
There are not many products that have a variety of forms of magnesium so this was a great find and I'm very happy with this product.
