


Kimono Tamari sauce is a Soya sauce with a complex Umami flavor you can enjoy gluten-free as it’s brewed without using wheat. It’s been naturally fermented for up to 6 months the traditional Japanese way, which breaks down hard to digest proteins and releases valuable nutrients. Properly fermented soya is one of the best sources of vitamin K. It’s made with certified organic ingredients and has no added msg. It’s deep mellow taste is a little less salty than soya sauce and will add some moreish depth of flavour to your dressings, soups, stir-fries, marinades and roasted veggies.
*Please note that this product does have a Halaal certification stamp, but due to the small percentage of alcohol caused by the fermentation process some may not consider this Halaal
