The best sweetener I have used by far! Almost no aftertaste and can be substituted 1:1 in baking, etc. Way better than plain erythritol or xylitol in my opinion.
Great product BUT I have to use double as much as normal sugar or sweetener even though the packaging states 1:1. That unfortunately doubles my consumption and cost.
I have actually baked with this product. Its great. Highly recommend in place of sugar, to keep blood glucose levels stable. (Not medical advice)
I think it is sweet enough, bakes well as well which is amazing. No weird aftertaste like other substitutes.
