I like it. Nice product - I feel when i take it along with my zinc at night, i sleep well.
I want to give this one an updated review, My husband and i take this and we have a much deeper sleep at night. He takes it along with his zeolite powder.
It's not bad, not the best quality, but the price is competitive, as some magnesium of similar quality costs much more. 5 out of ten for quality -these days, in my opinion is ok for consumption. (But I'd prefure products and foods to score a min of 6). This I rate by using applied kinesiology.
Great product, well priced and I definitely sleep deeper when I take this at night!
