Prime Self Mafnesium Clycinate is a wonderful product to help with relaxation and combatting stress. I use it in conjunction with CBD Oil to help with restlessness at night.
I've tried a few Magnesium products and couldn't really tell if they helped but I noticed an improvement in my well-being in less than 2 weeks with this. Will 100% be ordering this again.
This product definitely helps me get to sleep better an for longer. Instead of 4 hrs sleep I am getting 7 - 8 hours of sleep with a feeling of being well-rested. Take and hour before bed time. Importantly if you looking t cell phone or laptop it will not have the same benefits for obvious reasons. Read a book and see the results.
Prime Self Magnesium Glycinate delivers on its promise. Since I started taking this supplement, I've noticed a significant improvement in my sleep quality and I also feel more relaxed throughout the day.
