Awesome as a pasta alternative, although pricey. Preferred the penne to the fusilli version as the fusilli seemed to break easier or just had more broken pieces in the packet.
Cooks firm and retains shape. Skeptical about ingredients list as just 1 declared and hope that the appropriately qualified individuals are monitoring the manufacturing process. I wonder if urad flour or Asian black bean flour is feasible
