I am not able to eat gluten and have found this pasta to be the best alternative for taste and texture. It's lovely with pesto and feta!

This pasta is amazing. i tasted another local brand by a well known store and it was not good at all (sorry not trying to make anyone out to be bad but they should find a new recipe). But Happy earth peoples product are amazing. Keep doing what you doing girls!! Ive learnt to be sure not to over cook it, even though i cooked it for 6minutes my water was boiling rapidly and i think that mightve just broken it up, will definitely be a bit careful with that next time :-)
Usually buy the small box, but it's great for the budget that you have 1kg
