Really love Good Life's Organic Tumeric plus. What I really love about this tumeric powder is that it includes Curcumin which has had a wonderful effect on reducing inflammation. Particularly in my case it has really provided me with great relief in terms of joint pains and in reducing any inflammation in the body. For me I find that the best way to take it to mix a teaspoon of tumeric powder with some honey, cinnamon and with some warm milk or any other dairy milk alternative. Definitely would recommend this product for anyone that's been struggling with inflammation or just as a health booster in general. Would highly recommend.
My fiance drinks this, as a tea with black pepper and coconut oil, for his joint pain. He has really noticed a difference.
