I suffer from serious insomnia, which I have had for months now. I have tried all sorts of remedies including melatonin with no great improvement. The past 10 days on this magnesium, I feel like my nights have been better. I wouldn't say I sleep through the night but I feel calmer and have slept more at night.

Bought this for my 73 year old mum who has arthritis and has severe cramps, difficulty in falling off to sleep. She has been taking this over a year. If she doesn't take it she complains of insomnia and cramps. I am so glad Faithful to Nature was able to deliver during lockdown as my mum is in another province to me and I was able to deliver her source of comfort which is all inside the bottle of Magnesium Ultra from Good Health. My mum has total relief from just using this natural product. Highly recommend.

Started taking in combination with Nordic Naturals Omega 3 and have noticed positive changes in terms of being less stressed, less brain fog and deeper / better sleep. So would recommend the combination!

I had high hopes as this appears to be a good brand. Total waste. Not only did it not help with sleep or leg cramps, but I had the worst insomnia and restless legs every night I took them. I had previously used another great brand that worked well for me for sleep and restless legs, but I can no longer get it and was looking for a replacement. Sadly it’s not this product. I have since bought another brand at a quarter of the price of these and they work like a bomb. Wish I’d never bought these. The tablets are also freaking huge, so if you struggle to swallow tablets don’t buy.
