I mix half a packet with a bit of milk for my 5 year old. She has a Tic Syndrome and we have noticed a great improvement of her tics after 3 days of use.
I mix half a sachet in a cup of milk for my son before bedtime and he now sleeps so well - plus he says it tastes like a strawberry milkshake.
I love the taste of this! It tastes like strawberry sherbet. It's definitely a staple supplement to add to your daily supplement regimen.
This is a Go To for us at night to help with sleep and muscle cramps. Sugar free. Lovely berry taste. Bit difficult to mix into water but that's not a major issue. Been using it for almost a year now.
This is an easily absorbed form of magnesium with the added benefit of prebiotics. It is not as easy as swallowing a pill but I don’t mind the taste of the drink and take it before bed.
