Gayleen’s chocolates are made with UTZ certified cocoa, grown by sustainable farmers who practise ethical, green-minded growing and harvesting methods.

Unlike cooked honey and cane sugar, raw honey doesn’t cause the blood-sugar spikes, and so many diabetics find they are able to eat and enjoy Gayleen’s chocolates.

Please Note: Due to the consistency of raw honey, Gayleen’s chocolate slabs have a unique consistency that is quite different from ordinary chocolate slabs made with sugar.

Would give 10 stars - don't even buy chocolate from the shops anymore; it's delicious ! The vanilla is definitely the best one:)

Bought in a addition to the baking and mint and orange. Very subtle vanilla when by itself but quite clear when compared

I did not enjoy this flavour - perhaps I got an off bar because it tasted very sour (and it's not because it's a darker chocolate, I enjoy up to 85% dark and it was not the same bitterness as that). I'm not sure as I love the other flavours. Still recommend GD as it's a yummy, healthier chocolate brand.

This is a really good quality bitter sweet dark chocolate. The honey adds a nice chewy factor and flavor. The vanilla is very subtle.

Delicious chocolate without all the sugar, what more could you ask for. The bits of vanilla really add to the texture which is very unique. This is a great chocolate which will satisfy your chocolate cravings in an instant. Really wish this product came in a plain dark chocolate variant as well.
