Why we love it
Almond oil, extracted from almond kernels, can be used as a substitute for olive oil. It can also be used in frying and baking recipes due to its high smoke point and fresh, neutral taste. It has a similar oleic acid (omega-9, mononusaturated) content as olive oil and is fairly heat resistant and stable. Almond oil is a rich source of vitamin E and is beneficial in many ways, including digestion. Almonds are rich in essential minerals such as magnesium and calcium.

I actually bought this instead of buying the almond oil carrier oil. I used it in a concoction that I use as a facial moisturizer, and it doesn leave my skin oily, and my skin is in pretty good condition. As a bonus I can use this in the kitchen too :)
