Been using for a week for oil pulling. Used coconut oil daily for over a year, but wanted to give this a try since it is the OG of oil pulling. Works MUCH better than coconut oil. My mouth and especially my tongue feels EXTRA clean and fresh,also used a spoon to do tongue scraping and wow was more effective than when i was not using sesame oil. Also used it to massage my neck and back before a shower - instant warming effect. left my skin soft and muscle relaxed.
I'm a fan of crede oils. I got this for oil pulling, not sure I notice a difference between using this and coconut oil though. It does smell and taste nice, haven't ever tried using sesame oil in food though but does smell like it'd be great with food.
Great flavour! Had to buy another organic brand the other day, and does not come close to the taste of this one!
I probably use this more than I should, only because it's so tasty. Probably going to run out soon - but oh was it worth it!
A delicious oil. Goes amazing with all the Asian inspired dishes we make. Great quality and value for money! Also big bonus that it’s organic.
