Black Seed oil itself is highly beneficial. Research it! Easy to swallow. Been giving it to my mum as she is unable handle the taste of the oil itself. Once again, to see the effects you need to be consistent.
I love this product. It is so much easier to take than the oil itself. I used it in 2014 to treat cancer successfully (with many other products) and have been using it ever since. It comes highly recommended.
My brother took this everyday and his acne has mostly cleared up. A very reasonable price as well, compared to other shops. (Keep in mind different things work for different people, I'd definitely recommend trying it though)
I have been taking 2 capsules a day for about a year now and haven't been sick - not once! While I cannot point specifically just to this product for that, I definitely think it's assisting - has strong antiviral properties.
I like that is in capsules easier to drink it, but capsules too big for kids to swallow and not halaal or kosher.
