The Olive tree development cycle in De Rustica’s farm is governed by the seasons, with spring, summer and autumn being the most notable growing seasons. Before the production or packaging of this gmo-free olive brine, the olives are cleaned and no palm oil is added. You can use them on your salads, pizzas, mezze platters or Mediterranean-style cuisines.
