Directions:

• Open Bump Maternity Nappy and place Cotton Insert inside. 2 inserts for long outings or during nap time and night time.
• Place the Bump Maternity Disposable Nappy Liner over insert (sold seperately).
• Close nappy and adjust poppers to baby's size.
• Once insert has reached absorption, wash accordingly and replace with new one.
• More than one Insert can be used at night for greater absorbency.

Washing Instructions:

• Machine wash cold or warm to a maximum of 40°C.
• Do not use bleach, enzyme cleaners or fabric softeners.
• Only non-chlorine bleach when needed.
• Tumble dry low.
• Do not iron.
