Directions:

• Take one tsp one to three times a day - once for maintenance dosage and three times in acute cases.
• Put powder directly in a glass of water, in a tea or over food.
• Either first thing in the morning/just before bed with some water for cleaning and detoxifying effect (empty stomach).
• Increase to 2 tsp if constipated.
• Please note that the product contains 33% alcohol. If wanting to avoid ethanol consumption, place drops in hot water and allow ethanol to evaporate for a minute or two.
