Ingredient Spotlight:

• Rose petals can help to relieve muscle spasm and aches, promote healthy blood circulation and detoxification.
• Yarrow’s astringent qualities make it useful for abnormal discharges, irregular bleeding and postpartum healing.
• Sweet Orange peel releases its cleansing and enticing oils.
• Sea Salt promotes healing and relieves pain and discomfort.

Directions:

• Boil 2 litres of water, remove from heat and add in 1/2 cup of your SITZ BATH herbal blend.
• Steep for about 20-30 minutes.
• Fill the bathtub to your waist height with warm water(as hot as you prefer and are comfortable sitting in)
• Strain the herbs and pour the herbal water into the tub. Alternatively, instead of a bathtub, use an extra-large basin you can sit in and pour enough warm water and herbal water to submerge only your YONI and buttocks(keep your legs hanging over the basin).
• Soak for 20 minutes or until the water cools down.
