Directions:

• A full bag can make you 4 litres or at least 15 to 20 servings of iced herbal tea.
• Give your bag a gentle shake to combine the tea leaves and add 4 heaped teaspoons per 500ml (2 cups) of hot water.
• Steep covered for 5 minutes or longer (you can leave it steeping for the day), strain and place in fridge until cool. Don't add ice until you are ready to drink as it could water it down.
• To serve, add ice, fresh ginger or fresh mint and enjoy.
