I noticed the difference taking Rhodiola rosea within a few days. I am feeling so much more energised and there is definitely a positive change in my mood. And Faithful to Nature makes purchasing it so easy!!

It definitely gives a boost of energy for me. I havnt used it continuously but when I've taken it, it's had an effect on energy levels. Usually when I do a long run a couple hours later I feel a slump but not when I take this supplement.

This product helps me with short term memory. If I don’t take it, I tend to forget what I’m doing … like why I opened the fridge … what I’m looking for … etc

Excellent. I buy this supplement all the time. There is no way to describe what it does. You need to research it. But it works.

The only thing I wish for is that it had 60 caps version, and also I wish that Viridian ENHANCED Rhodiola Complex - 30's can also be available at FTN,
