This is the sugar-free version of hugely popular Theonista Chai Latte Spiced Tea Concentrate. It includes organic rooibos, ginger, cinnamon, cardamom, clove, and nutmeg which are slowly micro-brewed to create the perfect balance of sweet, spicy, and soothing with every sip. Simply mix this handy concentrate with your own choice of milk or non-dairy milk. Depending on how strong you like it, 25-50% chai versus milk will do the trick depending on your taste buds. It’s also great with a shot of espresso to make a “dirty chai”.

Directions:

• Shake to mix. Combine equal parts concentrate and milk of choice.
• Heat using a stove, microwave, or steaming wand (Chai Latte). Or, pour over ice (Iced Chai). Dirty Chai: add espresso to either.
