My doc recommended I take omega 3 for inflammation. I haven't taken any other omega to compare this too. Easy to swallow. So far so good.

I'm on my 3rd tub of 1 soft gel a day, initially I felt great, got rely strong nails and beautiful hair. Then while on the 3rd tub, I began to feel extremely fatigued and got that slowly poisoned feeling and couldn't figure out why. Got off these supplements and started to feel better. Went to back on and the fatigue returned.
