How does this clever cleaner work it’s magic?
- Oxygen bleach releases potent oxygen bubbles when it comes into contact with water. These bubbles break down dirt, wipe out stains and banish bad smells.
- Sodium chloride (salt) is a gentle scouring agent, and has a great deodorising action.
- Sodium bicarbonate (baking soda) is slightly alkaline, and reacts with the acids in the cooking residues, releasing carbon dioxide bubbles. Like the oxygen bubbles, these help to lift off the remaining residue and grime.
Directions:
- Use 1-2Tbsp in dishwasher dispenser.
- Use 1Tbsp for hand washing dishes.
- Sprinkle over stubborn grime on pots and pans, cover with warm water and leave to soak for 15 minutes before washing as normal.

I have been buying this product for at least 2 years with no issues. I bought 2 x 2kg boxes with my last order and was very frustrated as my dishes weren't getting clean as they used to. So I began to troubleshoot. The next wash I ensured the machine had enough salt and rinse aid and still, the results were terrible. I was about to call in a technician to come service my dishwasher, but as one last resort before doing so, I reluctantly borrowed a Finish dishwashing tablet from my Mom and low and behold, the dishes were sparkling clean. These 2 boxes were either a bad batch or they have changed the formulation. Either way, I have had to do the same load of dishes 3 times and have wasted my money on these pricey 2kg boxes. Very disappointing! I would love my money back to be honest.
It cleans brilliantly, we use only one scoop. You can use between 1-2. I have tried gazillions of natural products and this one cleans as well as the regular store-bought chemical products. I initially thought it was pricey, but so far this lasts us 3-4 months, running a load a day.
It does not clean glasses, cutlery. These items are all either dirty or hazy. Coffee stains remain on the cups. Bowls are not cleaned completely either. I did follow the instructions and use salt as well.

Lovely product. Natural dishwasher which cleans beautifully. Also good as a kitchen surface cleaner and works on tea and coffee stains in cups and on teaspoons
