This is a marvelous product! Hy husband has developed anxiety and insomnia during lockdown and it started taking a big toll on his well being. He hates taking tablets but I managed to get him to agree to a natural supplement out of desperation. We are both thrilled that he agreed to take these because from the first dose he started to sleep better and he is feeling less anxious! A great success with this product! I chose it after reading many reviews on other products and what I liked about this one was the combination of ingredients. Does the job!!
My initial experience is it works. I had the Tulusi Sleep tea and faithful to nature mustard soak and I crashed for almost two days unintentionally. Powerful combination if anyone needs to sleep!
I must be honest, this doesn't work for me. I land up needing to take 4 capsules in order to fall asleep. I've used other products which have worked better.
I often have trouble falling asleep but since taking these I have found it much easier to fall asleep and stay sleep. They work really well. Such a great find
