Directions:
- Make sure your nipple is dry & apply cream if necessary.
- Position the center of the breast pad over the nipple.
- Secure the breast pad in the bra cup.
- Adjust the pad if necessary.
- Replace immediately when damp, to avoid possible bacterial growth & infection.

Works well, does need replacing often, so not ideal for overnight. They feel soft and are waterproof. They stick ok but after a feed they can bunch up a little.
