So convenient and very easy to digest compared to macca powder. Helps with hormone balance which in turn helped with my acne.
I've been taking this Maca root product for several months now and find that it has alleviated my chronic depression when I take the recommended dose each day. It works better than an antidepressant and no side-effects.
Could not see or feel any difference.
This depends on how long you took it and so on.
I prefer the actual powder which you mix in your smoothies etc.

I tried the powder form Maca first, which is good and cost effective, but simply not as convenient as the capsules. Been using the Extra Strength Maca from Sfera for about 4 months now, one a day but doubling up during times where I need a extra boost.
Much easier to use than the powder and really helped with moodiness. Will definitely recommend to others and have recommended it to friends.
