Amazing. I do not swallow the plastic capsule. I empty the powder contents into a warm cup of green tea. Magnesium is very important for every person.
I really like these magnesium tablets, it gives you 2 different forms of magnesium, with vitamin B6 added so your nutritional needs are well covered. It has really helped with my sleep and painful feet. I also liked that it comes in a glass jar and not plastic.
I really like the Sfera brand. They contain mainly what the ingredient is and nothing else. I also like that they come in a dark bottle to protect the contents from light. Overall very happy.
I have a severe magnesium deficiency and cannot go a day without taking magnesium. This is the only product that works and it's really well priced too. Every other magnesium supplement I've taken has simply not worked.
This magnesium supplement is the best! It has helped me with migraines. I have taken several painkillers for years and I believe it is one of the supplements that helped me... it is also easy on the stomach.
