Quince & Honeysuckle Day Cream (Dry Skin)

A very rich creamy formula packed with nutrients and an essential product for those with dry, dehydrated skin. Enriched with organic Shea Butter, Aloe Leaf Gel and Jojoba – a unique liquid wax which inhibits oxidization and accelerates skin cell renewal. A note from our supplier: Pentylene Glycol has a zero listed hazard rating in Cosmetic Data Base and there are 23 published articles which provide interesting data and note studies done back in the 1970’s – in all of these, there was only one case listed of Dermatitis in Belgium and two cases in Cleveland, Ohio, in which the use of a topical cream containing Pentylene Glycol was suspected (not determined) to be the cause of the Dermatitis. www.ewg.org (Skin Deep Data Base) rates Pentylene Glycol as zero hazard. On www.goodguide.com it is listed as having no health concerns and is not on their list of hazardous ingredients. We use Pentylene Glycol only in our creams and lotions, which contain a higher water content and therefore need a proven strong preservative, and we consider it to be the safest and healthiest preservative currently available in the absence of a reliable natural preservative.

I'm a huge fan of this range. Absorbs quickly with no residue afterwards which is great for make up application. Very dry skin would need to apply an oil afterwards though.

As a 77 year old male I couldn’t be bothered with suggested treatments for wrinkles but have for some years suffered from skin irritation on forehead. Discovered the Night Cream some years ago and am continuing to use this product to relieve discomfort!

These two creams are an excellent combination for dry and sensitive skin. They hydrate without irritating my skin and have such a lovely smell that it is a pleasure to use them.

One of my best finds on faithful to nature. Love that it's locally made. I love this one as it's deeply moisturising ... I'm 31 and have dry and sensitive skin, so maybe not 'mature' skin yet but I can't get enough. I use the night and day cream as well as the Victorian Garden day oil which leaves me glowing. Although I think it's oil, not water, based which may not be for everyone but I find it absorbs beautifully into my skin and I don't feel or look oily at all. Just glowing... literally! Really recommend this coupled with their face oil/serum. I haven't used anything else since finding this although I may just branch out and try some of their other flavours in this range.

I have been using the Victrian Garden moisturisers for some time now. They have changed their packaging along with the quality of the product it seems. The Rosemary & Frankincense cream feels like glue when applied to the skin. What a shame!! The day cream is easier to apply.
